to one personal coaching to help you achieve your goals and outcomes.
Your coach will assist you to find clarity, direction and skills that
you want to have in your life. Personal coaching gives you a unique
environment to easily learn new skills, and provides feedback to help
you navigate through life.
Personal coaching is
not counselling. A coach provides you with tools and the way to find
solutions. A coach will provide you with information and feedback to
verify that the solutions are the right ones for you, the situation,
and your desired outcomes.

meet you at your home, your workplace, or at our own venue. We also
provide additional support by email and telephone. The first ½ hour of consultation is free, to assess your needs and
whether the coaching we provide is right for you. The fees for our
services are based on the findings of our initial consultation. We will
develop a free proposal which you are under no obligation to accept.
