Future Now works with a network of coaching practitioners in New Zealand, and can assist you in finding the right resources for you. Future Now is a Wellington based practice. Future Now has three consultants and also works with other affiliated coaches and trainers.

Karren Lupo - Principal Trainer

Karren Lupo is the Principal Consultant for Future Now and an NLP Master Practitioner. Karren has a background in IT and Business Process Management specialising in Personal and Corporate Change Management. She will work with you to help you find direction, purpose and will provide you with emotional and stress management tools to help you create your future.

Steve Bullock is a NLP Master Practitioner, and has a Masters in Business Administration with a background in IT in the information management and process development areas. Steve specialises in coaching and personal development. Through Toastmasters he has coached and mentored in communication and leadership for 12 years in community and corporate environments. Michaela Pettie M ichaela Pettie is an NLP Master Practitioner, and also has a Diploma in Psychology and a Diploma in Management. Michaela specialises in working with teenagers and young adults to define their goals and direction, improve their relationships with self and others, and assist with identifying their careers and purpose. Paul Trainor Paul Trainor is an NLP Master Practitioner who specialises in NLP for coaching and performance. Coming from Ireland, he has international experience in NLP, and has had great success with people from all backgrounds.
